The brand developed the Very Important Pad using Akton® Polymer; a renowned viscoelastic polymer that has been rigorously tested worldwide in 40 years of human grade, peer reviewed, research. It is universally trusted in human clinical and sporting settings for its superior pressure relieving, impact and sheer force reducing qualities.
Why is this saddle pad different to the rest?
- It has a superior, textured structure which gives high tensile strength, thus being key to maintaining shape under extreme and prolonged compression
- It is soft, flexible and seamless with no pressure-causing trims, and is designed to mould to your horse's back
- A thin film gullet also eliminates pressure on the horse's spine
- This pad is only 8mm thick so it does not alter the fit of your saddle
- The bobbles on the underside increase the surface area of the pad, alleviating pressure points and evenly distributing weight
- The pad draws and disperses heat from your horse’s back, helping to regulate his temperature when being ridden
- It is hypoallergenic, easy to clean and does not support bacterial growth

The VIP Saddle Pad can be used either directly on the horse's back, or in between your saddle cloth and saddle. This pad comes in one size and is designed to fit 17in to 18.5in saddles.
