These Veredus fetlock boots comply with British Showjumping and FEI rules for young horse classes, as well as providing the perfect combination of protection, ventilation and a synthetic sheepskin lining to prevent rubbing.
The man-made techno sheepskin offers a number of advantages over real sheepskin:
- it can be washed and dried easily, while real lambskin requires considerable, lengthy maintenance
- trapped sand is released easily from the loose, wide knit which reduces the risk of abrasions to the horse's leg
- it is more comfortable and a closer fit than natural sheepskin
- it stays looking good for longer, while real lambskin can dry out, become stiff and turn yellow.
These young horse boots also feature an anatomically shaped polyurethane impact-resistant shell, double ventilation and a Velcro double safety fastening.
These Veredus boots are available in Black or Brown, sizes Small (Pony), Medium (Full) or Large (Extra Full).
