Kentucky's new seasonal limited edition colour for the Pro All Weather Turnout Rug 160g is stunning Royal Purple - perfect for making your horse stand out in the field.
This extremely strong middleweight turnout rug is designed to protect your horse from cold and wet weather, plus it has an artificial rabbit fur lining for comfort.
The outer fabric is 1680 denier polyester with a canvas look and PU waterproof coating (ISO 10,000mm), making the rug super-strong, durable and dirt-repellent as well as keeping your horse dry.
The 160g PES fibre fill is warm and breathable, thanks to the multiple layers in which the air can circulate.
The inside is lined with Kentucky's famous faux rabbit fur. This works as an extra insulating layer and also helps to prevent any rub marks on your horse's coat.
This turnout rug is anatomically shaped and has no seam along the back to avoid the risk of leakage. It is designed to always move back into the correct position after your horse has rolled, as the faux fur means it just glides over the horse's coat.
It fastens with two front closures with Velcro underneath, two cross-surcingles made from seatbelt webbing fabric, and a plastic covered bungee tail cord that is easy to clean.
A separate matching neck piece can also be purchased for extra coverage. Please note this rug is sold without the neck.
This rug can be machine washed at 30 degrees. Kentucky recommends the use of a fluor carbon treatment after every fifth wash to maintain the waterproofing of the rug.
The Kentucky Pro Turnout Rug is available in Royal Purple, in sizes 5ft 9in to 7ft 3in.
