Kentucky Horsewear Recuptex Magnetic Rug

The Kentucky Recuptex Magnetic Rug is made from a therapeutic fabric and is designed to assist the body's natural healing process.

Following the success of the bestselling Kentucky Recuptex Stable Boots, this magnetic horse rug has been developed using the same state of the art Recuptex fabric technology along the back.

Recuptex is a fabric based on the Bekinox fibre from Bekaert, which contains the finest Inox yarn (a stainless steel fibre) that is woven into the fabric. It acts to create a faraday cage, which reflects the magnetic fields created in the horse's body.

Preserving these fields stimulates blood circulation and oxygen flow, to accelerate the healing and recovery process in a natural protective environment.

The rug is made from a strong mesh fabric, so it can be used both in the summer and layered with other rugs on top in winter. It is ideal for use before and after riding to help to relax the horse's muscles. It can be left on the horse overnight.

Kentucky advise using the rug for one hour to start with, and gradually increasing the amount of hours the horse wears it over the next couple of days, to allow him to adapt to the tingling effect it can give.

We use a combination of DPD Local, DHL, Royal Mail and UPS to deliver your order. All delivery methods are recorded and trackable for extra security.

Specialist, personalised or made to measure items will be made to order, as will items in your personalised colour schemes. We aim to complete these items as soon as possible, so please contact us on placing your order to be advised of the estimated delivery date.
