Veredus Kevlar Gel Vento STS Tendon Boots - Brown

The Veredus Kevlar Gel Vento STS Tendon Boots in Brown bring together a highly resilient Kevlar outer with Veredus techno sheepskin for a combination of robust protection and soft contact against the horse’s leg.

The synthetic Kevlar is remarkably lightweight while offering five times the strength of steel, giving the boots impressive resistance to knocks and abrasion.

A carbon-reinforced tendon zone works alongside nitrexgel inserts to help absorb and disperse impact, while the shaped outer shell follows the natural contours of the leg.

The result is a secure fit that stays comfortably positioned as the horse moves, with plenty of freedom of movement.

The faux sheepskin lining is particularly useful for horses prone to sensitive skin. Its synthetic fibres are quick to dry and easy to wash, while their structure allows sand to escape rather than becoming trapped against the leg. The material is also resistant to matting, discolouration and becoming stiff with use, helping it retain its soft feel over time.

Temperature management is another key part of the design. Veredus’ Vento double ventilation system creates airflow through the boot and directs heat upwards and outwards, helping keep the leg cooler during exercise.

A quick-release fastening completes the boots, making fitting and removal straightforward.
